New Horizons is looking for a Direct Support Professional to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach their individual goals. A Direct Support Professional will work with the individual(s), providing instruction in activities of daily living, transporting to and from community resources and events, teaching new skills, and assisting with personal care needs while the individual(s).
 
A successful Direct Support Professional will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive relationship with the individual(s) they support. The Direct Support Professional will need to utilize problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills while working with the individual(s) they support.
